Register

Register the serial number at install. Takes under a minute, in your installer portal or by email.

Service window

If a covered fault occurs in 5 years, open a ticket with the serial number and event log. We respond within 1 business day.

Replacement ships

Approved replacements ship from European stock. The faulty unit is collected — no on-site repair, no field debugging.

  • Manufacturing defects discovered within the 5-year period
  • Cell-level failures inside PowerVault and PowerCore
  • Inverter electronics, MPPT trackers, and AC output stages
  • Communication boards and embedded software
  • Full unit replacement — no depreciation schedule applied

Not covered

  • Damage from incorrect installation outside published guidelines
  • Physical damage from impact, fire, flooding, or pests
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality
  • Use outside the published voltage / current / temperature window
  • Modifications, third-party firmware, or unauthorized repairs

Is the warranty transferable?+

Yes — the warranty follows the serial number, not the original buyer. Useful for new homeowners moving into a property with a NEXON system installed.

Do I need to return the faulty unit before a replacement ships?+

No. For approved warranty claims we ship the replacement first and collect the faulty unit afterward, to minimize site downtime.

Is installer labor covered?+

Replacement unit shipping is fully covered. Labor for swap-out is reimbursed at standard regional rates for certified NEXON installers.

What happens after 5 years?+

The full replacement warranty period ends at 5 years. Extended service contracts are available through your NEXON distributor.

How do I register?+

Installers register through the partner portal. End customers can register their serial number via the contact form within 60 days of install.
