NEXON opens its Berlin office

We're pleased to share that NEXON's Berlin office is now operational. Located in Friedrichstrasse, the office is the coordination hub for our European distributor network, application engineering, and warranty fulfillment.

The Berlin team will be the first point of contact for our European distributor partners, with engineering support available across CET business hours. Pre-sales sizing, post-sales commissioning support, and warranty intake all run from here.

Berlin joins our existing European warehousing footprint, keeping lead times short and replacement turnaround predictable. Distributor partners can reach the team via their account managers or the central partner support channel.
